Start syncingWhat you get
- Your Outlook calendar mirrored into Google Calendar in real time
- Updates and deletions carried across, recurring meetings handled
- Two-way, if you want it: your Google calendar mirrored into Outlook as private events, so colleagues see you as busy without seeing why
- One Outlook account to one Google account
- No attendees copied, so nobody gets duplicate invitations
- Nothing stored beyond the keys needed to do the job (details)
How the free month works
Your 30 days start the moment you connect your Microsoft account. When they end, syncing pauses and the home page shows a Subscribe button. Subscribe and it resumes straight away, picking up anything that changed meanwhile. Nothing is deleted from Google while you decide.
Why so cheap?
Because it does one thing. There is no app to maintain, no sales team and no server farm: calendarnexus is a few hundred lines of code running on Cloudflare's edge. Other tools bundle one-way Outlook-to-Google sync into suites that cost four to twenty-five times as much, and most of that is paying for features you may never open.
Questions about paying
Can I switch between one-way and two-way?
Yes. The button on the home page turns two-way on or off at any time. If you have already subscribed, switch plans under Manage billing; the difference is prorated.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only enter a card when you subscribe after the free month.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, by card. Prices are in pounds sterling; any tax due is shown at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Manage billing link on the home page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; there are no partial-month refunds.
What happens to my Google calendar if I stop?
The Outlook calendar stays in your Google account with the events it had, and simply stops being updated. Delete it in Google Calendar whenever you like.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. The Disconnect and delete my data button on the home page removes your record, revokes the Google access and cancels any subscription, immediately.
