Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
Plain terms for a plain service. By connecting an account you agree to them.
1. The service
calendarnexus ("the service", "we") copies the default calendar of a Microsoft account you connect into a calendar named Outlook that it creates and manages in a Google account you connect. It runs about once a minute. By default it copies in one direction only; if you turn on two-way, it also copies your primary Google calendar into the default calendar of the Microsoft account, as private events, and removes those copies when you turn two-way off. It is provided by calendarnexus, United Kingdom.
2. Your accounts
You must be entitled to connect the Microsoft and Google accounts you connect, and to have the calendar data copied between them. If your employer controls the Microsoft account, it is for you to make sure this use is permitted. You can withdraw access at any time from either account or by pressing Disconnect on the home page.
3. The Outlook calendar in Google
The Outlook calendar in your Google account is managed by the service: events are added, changed and removed to keep it matching Outlook. Anything you add to it yourself will be removed. Keep your own events in your other calendars. Deleting that calendar in Google does not delete anything in Outlook.
4. Free month and subscription
The first 30 days from connecting your Microsoft account are free. After that, syncing pauses until you subscribe. The subscription costs 70p a month for one-way sync or £1 a month for two-way, is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time through the billing link on the home page or by deleting your data; it then runs to the end of the paid period and stops. We do not give refunds for part of a month. Any change to the price will be announced on the home page at least 30 days before it applies to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service only to sync calendars you are entitled to sync. Do not attempt to probe, overload or interfere with it, or to use it in a way that breaks Microsoft's or Google's terms.
6. Availability
The service depends on Microsoft's and Google's calendar services and on Cloudflare's network, none of which we control. We aim for it to run every minute but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we may change or withdraw it. If we withdraw it while you have a paid period left, we will refund that period.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a missed, late, duplicated or incorrect calendar entry, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your data on the home page. We may end it if you breach these terms, and we may delete records that have been inactive as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be shown on the home page before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to rely on the mandatory law of the country you live in.
